It’s good to be bad! Drawing on the iconic villains from the world of DC Comics, working with IP2 Entertainment in LA, we recreated Metropolis as a fully themed outdoor environment, filled with animatronic villains and effects allowing guests to interact with some of the less savoury characters from their favourite comics and films.

P.E.L. created ride theming, landscape design, detailed area theming design, CAD plans, artwork, 3D models for the animatronic characters, as well as concept design for the interactive games and special effects.

This new area of Movieworld was opened in 2017.
